AEMET forecasts cloudy skies for today, Thursday 30 July 2026, in Asturias, with light rain likely during the middle of the day, becoming heavier in the afternoon. Morning and evening mist and fog in the mountain range and in scattered inland areas.
Minimum temperatures will remain unchanged or fall slightly; maximum temperatures will fall slightly along the coast and moderately elsewhere, with a locally significant drop possible on the mountain peaks. Light, variable winds tending to become north-easterly from midday onwards.
As for temperatures in the region’s main cities, Oviedo will see a minimum of 17 degrees and a maximum of 24; in Gijón, temperatures will range from a minimum of 19 to a maximum of 25, and in Avilés from a minimum of 18 to a maximum of 24.
At sea, variable winds of force 1 to 3, strengthening to force 3 or 4 from the west or north-west. A light swell or choppy sea.
