The State Meteorological Agency forecasts partly cloudy skies with intervals of low cloud for today, Wednesday 29 July 2026, in Asturias. Minimum temperatures will see slight changes.
Maximum temperatures will remain unchanged or fall slightly on the mountain peaks, and will fall elsewhere, with a notable drop in inland areas. Light westerly winds along the coast and light, variable winds inland, with breezes prevailing during the middle of the day.
As for temperatures in the region’s main cities, Oviedo will see a minimum of 17 degrees and a maximum of 28; in Gijón, temperatures will range from a minimum of 18 to a maximum of 26; and in Avilés, from a minimum of 17 to a maximum of 24.
At sea, easterly or north-easterly winds of force 2 to 4, veering west or north-west. Light swell or moderate swell easing to a light ripple or light swell. North-westerly swell of 1 to 2 metres, easing.
