BEIJING, March 17 (Xinhua) — China’s Xiongan New Area will create ten training bases and three colleges on entrepreneurship to provide services and cultivate 1,000 entrepreneurship entities, said a recent report of Hebei Daily.

Xiongan will strengthen the policies of tax and fees reduction for new businesses, and increase subsidies for entrepreneurship training, first-time business starters, rent and facilities fees for business incubators.

The new area plans to build a batch of incubators and innovation spaces and provide three months of rent subsidies for companies having resumed normal operation.

Moreover, three new colleges of entrepreneurship will be established to build platforms with comprehensive services of entrepreneurship education, assessment, training, practice and cultivation.
