Asturias and its gastronomy, with the backing of the Cocina de Paisaje brand, will once again be the protagonists, for the second year running, of the most exclusive space at Madrid Fusión: its VIP Room. This area, designed by the Principality for the occasion, offers preferential access for international speakers and opinion leaders, who will be visiting the main event of its kind in the country, which is being held at Ifema from 29 to 31 January.
Three ambassadors of the Cocina de Paisaje brand will showcase their gastronomic proposals at this unique venue: María Busta, from Casa Eutimio (Llastres, Colunga), on 29 January; Lara Roguez, from Abarike (Gijón), on Tuesday 30, and Ramona Menéndez, from Casa Belarmino (Manzaneda, Gozón), on Wednesday 31.
María Busta’s demonstration will also be joined by Luis Alberto Martínez, from Casa Fermín (Oviedo/Uviéu). Together they will prepare a four-handed menu that will serve to present the city of Oviedo as Gastronomic Capital of Spain 2024, and which will include some of the most representative dishes of the main culinary events of the Asturian capital.
The VIP Room will also have an area dedicated to some of the most carefully selected and emblematic products of Asturias, such as cheese production, the protected designation of origin Sidra de Asturias or the protected geographical indications Chosco de Tineo and Ternera de Asturias, all of which are protected by the quality brand Alimentos del Paraíso Natural.
Madrid Fusión, which this year celebrates its 22nd edition, is the most important congress on this subject in Spain and one of the most important at international level.
