According to the AEMET forecast for Candás and the municipality of Carreño, Thursday, 29 January, will bring changeable conditions along the coast.
The night will start with rain. Between midnight and 06:00, temperatures will remain around 12°C, with a high probability of precipitation (95%). Winds will be light from the southwest.
From 06:00 to 12:00, conditions will improve slightly. Cloudy skies with sunny intervals are expected, temperatures will rise to 17°C, and the chance of rain will drop to 15%. A moderate southwest wind will blow, reaching around 20 km/h.
The most unstable period is forecast for the afternoon. Between 12:00 and 18:00, showers and possible thunderstorms are expected, with an 85% probability of rain and temperatures around 12°C. Winds will shift to the west, becoming stronger, up to 25 km/h.
During the evening and night, rain may continue, with an 80% chance of precipitation and temperatures near 14°C. Winds will return from the southwest at around 20 km/h.
The minimum temperature will be 8°C and the maximum will reach 18°C. The snow level in Asturias will range between 1300 and 1600 metres. The UV index will remain low, at level 1.
