Storms and rainfall are also expected in the early hours in the interior of the southeast of the peninsula and Alborán, which in the afternoon will spread to other areas of the peninsula, especially in inland areas of the east, while they will gradually subside in the southeast. The exception will be the southwest quadrant of the peninsula, the Mediterranean coast and the Balearic Islands, with intervals of medium and high clouds without precipitation. In the Canary Islands, skies with intervals of low clouds and in the afternoon intervals of evolving clouds with probable showers in the islands of greater relief, with occasional showers in the rest of the islands.
Fog and morning mist likely in inland areas in the northwest of the peninsula. Calima in the Balearic Islands, without ruling out the possibility of spreading to the east of the peninsula.
Temperatures will fall except in the eastern third of the Peninsula and areas of the Balearic Islands where they will tend to rise; increases that will extend in the maximums to the middle Ebro. Temperatures may reach 35 degrees in Mallorca.
Westerly in the Strait of Gibraltar and Alboran, south-westerly winds on the north-western coasts of the peninsula, and light westerly winds in the Cantabrian Sea. Predominantly light south-westerly winds in the western half of the peninsula, and south and south-easterly in the eastern half. Variable wind, light or moderate in the Balearic Islands; and in the Canary Islands, light from the north.
