Espa\u00f1a sigue a la cola en lo que a transacciones online si se compara con el resto de Europa y, ya lejos de las cifras que mueven mercados como el de Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Eso es, precisamente, lo que quiere cambiar <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mipeque.shop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mipeque.shop<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>, una tienda online que acaba de irrumpir en el mercado utilizando lo que se denomina \u201cSocial eCommerce\u201d, una nueva forma de comunicaci\u00f3n entre cliente y comercio que permite conectarse y comunicarse a trav\u00e9s de sus principales redes sociales, ya integradas en su propia web.<em>\u201cEl gran problema con la venta online que nos han transmitido proveedores y fabricantes, es la falta de especializaci\u00f3n y asesoramiento. Muchas de ellas se iniciaron con el af\u00e1n de vender sin apenas esfuerzo y la clave del \u00e9xito es la de cualquier otro negocio: mucho trabajo y escuchar al cliente<\/em>\u201d, explica su responsable <strong>Alejandro Frechina<\/strong>. \u201c<em>El \u00e9xito que estamos teniendo en los pocos meses de vida de Mipeque, radica en una comunicaci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil y c\u00f3moda para quienes navegan en nuestra tienda online a trav\u00e9s de lo que m\u00e1s utilizan, las redes sociales. La web facilita que en cualquier punto en el que el usuario se encuentra, pueda iniciar una conversaci\u00f3n desde su Chat de Facebook con nuestro equipo sea cual sea el dispositivo que est\u00e9 utilizando<\/em>\u201d, dice <strong>V\u00edctor Mart\u00ed<\/strong>, de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Pero, \u00bf<strong>qu\u00e9 se encuentran los usuarios que navegan en la web de Mipeque<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guardar productos en <em>Facebook Messenger<\/em> para retomarlos despu\u00e9s, sustituyendo as\u00ed a la t\u00edpica \u201clista de deseos\u201d que obliga a registrarse.<\/li>\n<li>Recibir notificaciones sobre nueva disponibilidad de productos, en el caso de que est\u00e9 agotado el art\u00edculo que nos interesa.<\/li>\n<li>Configurar el producto en el mismo chat para consultar dudas a un miembro del equipo de atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/li>\n<li>Compartir productos con amigos de facebook de manera instant\u00e1nea.<\/li>\n<li>Resolver dudas directamente y con un s\u00f3lo clic junto a la imagen del producto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El compromiso de esta start-up valenciana es su apuesta por el trato cercano a sus clientes, algo que afirman, \u201c<em>se estaba perdiendo en favor de las m\u00e1quinas<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El siguiente paso en el que ya trabajan es conectar su tienda online con WhatsApp para seguir ampliando su estrategia de \u201cSocial eCommerce\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>El objetivo es claro, no queremos ser una tienda online al uso. Nuestro esfuerzo se centra en una experiencia de compra de diez, ofreciendo la mejor atenci\u00f3n al cliente para que no se sienta ignorado tras una pantalla.
