A su juicio, la gastronom\u00eda regional es \u201c\u00fanica\u201d gracias a los productos que utiliza y a un nutrido grupo de profesionales que han alcanzado gran \u00e9xito en su campo.<\/p>\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de las marcas de calidad ha tenido lugar en el estand del Principado en el certamen, donde se exponen los productos de 34 empresas regionales y en cuyo dise\u00f1o destacan las referencias a la campa\u00f1a de promoci\u00f3n Vuelve al Para\u00edso, que vincula gastronom\u00eda y turismo.<\/p>\n<p>Al acto, en el que los asistentes han tenido la oportunidad de participar en un taller de escanciado de sidra, han asistido tambi\u00e9n el presidente de Otea, Jos\u00e9 Luis \u00c1lvarez, y el director de Turespa\u00f1a, Manuel
