Consiste en dedicar tiempo a cada momento, para vivir la experiencia presente del aqu\u00ed y el ahora.<\/p>\n<p>Este tipo de meditaci\u00f3n consigue focalizar la concentraci\u00f3n en una acci\u00f3n concreta, centrando toda la atenci\u00f3n en una sola actividad y esto, consecuentemente, reduce los episodios de ansiedad y estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>El Mindfulness tambi\u00e9n resulta efectivo para ayudar con un gran problema que sufre la mayor\u00eda de gente: la multitarea. Se trata de querer hacer muchas cosas a la vez, pensando que la atenci\u00f3n es ilimitada, pero no es as\u00ed. Si se quiere atender a muchas acciones a la vez, significa que no se dedica tanta atenci\u00f3n a una sola cosa, y que se sacrifica la calidad de la atenci\u00f3n. Perdiendo, por tanto, cantidad y calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Los neurocient\u00edficos afirman que para el cerebro humano no es bueno ir saltando de una tarea a otra, pues se dispersa con m\u00e1s facilidad de la que se est\u00e1 dispuesto a aceptar. El nuevo desaf\u00edo intelectual es, por tanto, la lucha por recuperar la atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Centros de meditaci\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a, se pueden encontrar diversos lugares especializados en meditaci\u00f3n y mindfulness, como por ejemplo el centro Shambhala de Madrid, que pertenece a un conjunto de centros de meditaci\u00f3n y grupos de estudio budistas, de la tradici\u00f3n transmitida por Ch\u00f6gyam Trungpa Rimpoch\u00e9 y S\u00e1kyong Mipham Rimpoch\u00e9, dos maestros espirituales tibetanos, de los linajes kagy\u00fc, \u00f1ingma y Shambhala.
