(EUROPA PRESS) &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>La concejala de IU en el Ayuntamiento de Gij\u00f3n Cristina Tuya llevar\u00e1 al Pleno de este viernes un ruego a la Alcald\u00eda para conocer si el Gobierno Local ha realizado ya gestiones para exigir la devoluci\u00f3n del llamado &#8216;c\u00e9ntimo sanitario&#8217;, as\u00ed como para saber si tiene calculada la cantidad a cobrar y si se sabe a qu\u00e9 se va a destinar.<\/p>\n<p>Tuya, en rueda de prensa en el Consistorio, ha explicado que al Ayuntamiento le tocar\u00eda recuperar lo correspondiente al cobro de este impuesto en hidrocarburos, tanto de calefacci\u00f3n como de la flota de veh\u00edculos, especialmente de Emtusa. Ha recordado, asimismo, que hay de plazo para solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n un a\u00f1o desde la fecha de la sentencia, dictada el pasado 27 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan ella, el &#8216;c\u00e9ntimo sanitario&#8217; se cobr\u00f3 desde enero de 2002 hasta diciembre de 2013, por lo que puede ser, en su opini\u00f3n, mucho dinero e incluso millones de euros&#8217; a percibir, incluso aunque la Agencia Tributaria dijera que solo se puede recuperar la cantidad de los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os por haber prescrito lo anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Unido a ello, ha recalcado que si bien IU estaba a favor en su d\u00eda del establecimiento del &#8216;c\u00e9ntimo sanitario&#8217; como medida para financiar una parte de la Sanidad, una vez que hay una sentencia que declar\u00f3 ilegal este cobro y al Estado le toca devolver, considera que el Ayuntamiento debe exigir la parte que le corresponda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abQue se ponga las pilas y lo haga porque ese dinero se puede destinar a otras partidas\u00bb, ha destacado, antes de destacar que la Agencia Tributaria de Gij\u00f3n ya ha empezado a hacer devoluciones. Tuya plantear\u00e1 el ruego en el Pleno con car\u00e1cter general, aunque entiende que las empresas municipales, al tener personalidad jur\u00eddica propia, deber\u00e1 presentar la reclamaci\u00f3n de manera individual.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GIJ\u00d3N, 7 Oct.
