Mugaritz, intuyendo un camino\u00bb, de Pep Gatell, inaugurar\u00e1 la secci\u00f3n de Cine Culinario del Festival Internacional de Berl\u00edn, informaron hoy los organizadores.<\/p>\n<p>El film, descrito por su director como \u00abfilos\u00f3fico y etol\u00f3gico\u00bb, se mete entre los fogones del chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, con ayuda de La Fura dels Baus.<\/p>\n<p>El documental tendr\u00e1 su estreno internacional en la Berlinale e ir\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado de un men\u00fa del cocinero con dos estrellas Michelin. Ser\u00e1 la segunda vez que Aduriz cree un men\u00fa para la secci\u00f3n m\u00e1s sabrosa del festival de la capital alemana, a donde acudi\u00f3 por primera vez con \u00abMugaritz B.S.O.\u00bb, de Felipe Ugarte y Juantxo Sard\u00f3n, en 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Mugarizt, en la provincia vasca de Guip\u00fazcoa, en el norte de Espa\u00f1a, se encuentra desde hace diez a\u00f1os en el Top Ten de los 100 mejores restaurantes del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 la \u00fanica representante espa\u00f1ola en la secci\u00f3n que tendr\u00e1 lugar entre el 14 y el 19 de febrero bajo el lema de \u00abMake Food Not War\u00bb y que contar\u00e1 con once largometrajes que muestran las relaciones entre comida, cultura y pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa guerra no es el medio adecuado para solucionar problemas como el racismo, la pobreza o el cambio clim\u00e1tico. Las cocinas del mundo est\u00e1n m\u00e1s preparadas para llevar a cabo esa tarea.
