It is news in Cand\u00e1s<\/span><\/a><\/strong>, both for the livestock sector and for the farmers of the Council of Carre\u00f1o, the telematic meeting of the Sectorial Conference of Fisheries, Agriculture and Rural Development and the Advisory Council of Fisheries Policy and Agricultural Policy for Community Affairs held this Monday, in which the development of the call for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2023, whose deadline for the last modifications ends at the end of this month, has been analysed.<\/p>\n

This is the first call of the new period according to the Strategic Plan of the CAP, which is being developed in the established times and in which farmers and ranchers can apply for various measures, such as eco-schemes that involve having additional funding.<\/p>\n

Alejandro Calvo<\/strong><\/span><\/a> explained that flexibilities have been agreed linked to the generalised situation of drought, which affects fodder production or grazing periods, to facilitate compliance with all CAP measures; as well as those that have to do with the family farm model.<\/p>\n
