M\u00e1s bien me encanta cuando una persona que tiene un amplio sentido del gusto y del olfato describe todo lo que siente y disfruta al saborear un plato. Es incre\u00edble escuchar las expresiones que encuentran para describir sus impresiones o lo que les generan los aromas\u00bb, dice Zimmer.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfCu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 la impresi\u00f3n que deje esta exquisita sopa?<\/h2>\n<p>Ingrediente para 2 porciones:<\/p>\n<p>Para la sopa: 1 diente de ajo, 200 gramos de champi\u00f1ones marrones, 80 gramos de hojas de acelga, 40 gramos de mantequilla, 1 cucharadita de ajedrea, 150 ml de Sauvignon Blanc, 300 ml de caldo de verdura, 300 ml de crema de leche (con 30 por ciento de contenido graso), 50 gramos de Gruyere rallado, sal, pimienta fresca, nuez moscada fresca.<\/p>\n<p>Para los croutons: 2 rodajas de baguette, 20 gramos de mantequilla, 10 gramos de Gruyere rallado.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p>1 Picar el diente de ajo, cortar los champi\u00f1ones a la mitad o en cuartos (seg\u00fan su tama\u00f1o), retirar el cabo de la acelga y cortar en trozos grandes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Calentar la mantequilla en una olla y dorar el ajo.<\/p>\n<p>3. A\u00f1adir los hongos, rehogarlos. Sumar la ajedrea, sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>4. A\u00f1adir las hojas de acelga y cocinar hasta que se reduzcan y est\u00e9n tiernas pero que no pierdan consistencia.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sumar el Sauvignon Blanc y el caldo de verduras a la olla y dejar hervir unos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>6. Agregar la crema y el Gruyere y volver a dejar hervir brevemente revolviendo bien. Condimentar con sal, pimienta, nuez moscada y retirar del fuego. Dejar reposar a un costado con tapa.<\/p>\n<p>7. Para los croutons: cortar en daditos el pan.<\/p>\n<p>8. Calentar la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n, dorar los dados de pan hasta que queden bien crujientes, a\u00f1adir el queso, revolver bien hasta que est\u00e9 todo dorado.<\/p>\n<p>9.
