Pero se pueden hacer algunas cosas para fortalecer el sistema inmunitario de modo de que este pueda hacer bien su trabajo.<strong> El profesor Ingo Frob\u00f6se, cient\u00edfico en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eldigitaldeasturias.com\/noticias\/category\/deportes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">deportes<\/span><\/a> de la Escuela Superior Deportes de Alemania en Colonia, brinda cuatro consejos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Beber lo suficiente<\/h3>\n<p>Tomar poco l\u00edquido debilita la barrera natural contras las infecciones presente en las mucosas en la faringe, la garganta y la nariz. Esto tambi\u00e9n debilita los tejidos de los pulmones, lo que facilita la entrada de los g\u00e9rmenes al organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Lo recomendable es <strong>beber unos 30 mililitros de l\u00edquido por kilo de peso al d\u00eda<\/strong>, idealmente agua y t\u00e9s o infusiones sin endulzar. Quien pesa 70 kilos deber\u00eda tomar as\u00ed al menos 2,1 litros al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con Frob\u00f6se, lo mejor es empezar a beber directamente despu\u00e9s de levantarse y acostumbrarse a tomar ya un gran vaso de agua por las ma\u00f1anas.<\/p>\n<h3>Comer alimentos con hierro, zinc y selenio<\/h3>\n<p>Las semillas de s\u00e9samo y de calabaza, la avena y las lentejas tienen algo en com\u00fan: aportan al organismo una buena cantidad de hierro y zinc. Estos micronutrientes garantizan el buen funcionamiento de nuestras c\u00e9lulas T, que son las que detectan los virus en nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El selenio tambi\u00e9n ayuda al sistema inmunol\u00f3gico<\/strong> y se encuentra en la yema de huevo, los cereales de grano entero, las nueces y la caballa. Frob\u00f6se dice que no hace falta sumar complementos vitam\u00ednicos y afirma que es mucho mejor comer variado.<\/p>\n<h3>Tomarse peque\u00f1as pausas<\/h3>\n<p><strong>El estr\u00e9s perjudica a nuestro cuerpo y al sistema inmunol\u00f3gico tambi\u00e9n, ya que hace descender el n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas inmunitarias en la sangre y tambi\u00e9n vuelve m\u00e1s lenta la divisi\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas T<\/strong>. Un motivo m\u00e1s para hacer pausas regulares durante el d\u00eda. Ya unos pocos momentos de relajaci\u00f3n -tres respiraciones profundas, el disfrute de una taza de caf\u00e9- ayudan a bajar el nivel de estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Moverse al aire libre<\/h3>\n<p>Aunque el gris oto\u00f1o o el fr\u00edo invierno no inviten exactamente a ello, <strong>vale la pena salir y moverse al aire libre<\/strong>, no solo para fortalecer el sistema inmunitario, sino tambi\u00e9n para levantar el \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, Frob\u00f6se aconseja no sobrecargarse con grandes metas de rendimiento o hacer sobresfuerzos.
