Foto: Franziska Gabbert\/dpa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La siguiente lista de las sustancias perfluoroalquiladas m\u00e1s habituales en las g\u00f3ndolas, ofrecida por la Liga por el Ambiente y Protecci\u00f3n de la Naturaleza Alemana BUND, ayudar\u00e1 a reconocer m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente los ingredientes a evitar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PTFE (siglas del politetrafluoroetileno)<\/li>\n<li>Hidrofluorocarburo 152a<\/li>\n<li>C9-15 Fluoroalcohol Phosphate (Perfluoro-C9-15-alcanol, \u00e9ster con \u00e1cido fosf\u00f3rico)<\/li>\n<li>Perfluorodecalina<\/li>\n<li>HC Amarillo NO 13<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9ter de metilo perfluorobut\u00edlico<\/li>\n<li>Perfluorooctyl Triethoxysilane<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del detalle de los compuestos, algunos envases tienen la indicaci\u00f3n \u00ablibre de PFAS\u00bb, \u00ablibre de PFC\u00bb o \u00ablibre de fluorocarbono\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Los <a href=\"https:\/\/eldigitaldeasturias.com\/magazine365\/category\/moda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>productos cosm\u00e9ticos<\/strong><\/span><\/a> org\u00e1nicos o naturales son en este sentido seguros e inocuos, y por tanto ideales.<\/p>\n<p>Luisa K\u00f6rner, experta de BUND, precisa que el contacto con sustancias PFAS frecuentemente investigadas est\u00e1 asociado a serios peligros para la salud, <strong>como por ejemplo deficiencias en la gl\u00e1ndula tiroides, da\u00f1os hep\u00e1ticos, bajo peso de nacimiento, diabetes y un mayor riesgo de padecer c\u00e1ncer de mama, de ri\u00f1\u00f3n o de test\u00edculos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los da\u00f1os a la salud, los fluoroqu\u00edmicos llegan a trav\u00e9s de las aguas residuales al medio ambiente, donde contaminan plantas y animales. <strong>Por eso es importante que los envases de los productos con PFAS vayan a la bolsa de residuos correcta y sean finalmente incinerados, en el mejor de los casos.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(dpa) &#8211; Es sabido que las sustancias perfluoroalquiladas, conocidas como \u00abPFAS\u00bb, pueden da\u00f1ar tanto la salud como el ambiente.
