La norma da respuesta a la diversidad de situaciones que incluye esta categor\u00eda de familia y al aumento de las familias monomarentales, las formadas por mujeres con hijas e hijos a cargo y la situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad en la que se encuentran ante la dificultad de acceder al mercado laboral y hacer frente a la crianza, lo que hace necesario establecer una regulaci\u00f3n que evite su exclusi\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n<p>Esa diversidad exige determinar, mediante una disposici\u00f3n general, la definici\u00f3n de familia monomarental y monoparental con el fin de establecer un concepto uniforme, definir las prestaciones a las que puedan optar y emitir y renovar el t\u00edtulo que las acredita.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La consejera de Derechos Sociales y Bienestar, Melania \u00c1lvarez, ha informado al Consejo de Gobierno sobre el inicio de la consulta p\u00fablica previa del decreto que regular\u00e1 el reconocimiento de la condici\u00f3n de familia monoparental y monomarental en el Principado.
