Este aspecto brinda una gran esperanza para las personas que no toleran el gluten, una prote\u00edna que se encuentra en la semilla de muchos cereales.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abDentro de dos o tres a\u00f1os se esperan los primeros resultados para su cultivo\u00bb, avanz\u00f3 Manuel Spannagl, cient\u00edfico alem\u00e1n que ha participado en el revolucionario estudio.<\/p>\n<p>En el pasado, los investigadores del IWGSC ya hab\u00edan descifrado el genoma del arroz, del ma\u00edz y de la cebada. El trigo se manten\u00eda como el gran enigma \u00abagr\u00edcola\u00bb que tra\u00eda de cabeza a los expertos.
